Reflexology is a gentle therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body.  It works by detecting and correcting imbalances in the body by applying precise therapeutic techniques to specific reflex areas on the feet, hands or face.  Reflexology is not just a massage and nor is it a substitute for medical treatment; however it can be used to promote self-healing through:

  • Enabling deep relaxation
  • Boosting the immune system
  • Stimulating circulation
  • Removing toxins
  • Stabilising breathing
  • Relaxing and opening the energy pathways
  • Revitalizing the body.

WHAT THE STUDENTS SAY

What an interesting day.  I’ve had reflexology from time to time for a bad lower back and wanted to find out about the experience from another perspective.  Fascinating stuff!   Peter

I’m a homeopath and thinking of extending my practice to include a bodywork therapy.  Reflexology appealed as the professional training is short.  This workshop with Laurel clarified that reflexology is right for me.  Many thanks.   J.W.

FEES

The workshop fee is £130 and includes supervised skills development, handouts, morning and afternoon refreshment PLUS a treatment for yourself.

£130
